United Way of Pickens County is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for people living and working in the area. Each year, community volunteers assess the needs of the county.  After reviewing local agencies and programs that are addressing those needs, funds are raised through the United Way Campaign to assist agencies.  United Way of Pickens County currently has 28 partner agencies and programs.  Therefore, when you contribute to United Way, you are contributing to the heart of what matters most right here in our community.
